Project Management Department

Our work philosophy is managing and controlling the work execution to ensure quality work and timely execution of projects. To carry out its activities, the highly qualified team of experts composing the department has over 20 years experience in all types of projects, developing overall responses from the initial project review, development of public works contracts, bidding, bid tabulation, … until the final execution of the work, coordination of contractors, control test and measurement, reception of the works, …, with the support of the rest of BBA´s departments (procedures, topography, safety coordination) to ensure customer´s satisfaction.
